The aim of the route is to discover the historic territory of Urgellet, Cerdanya plain, and the areas surrounding Cadí-Moixeró and Alt Pirineu Natural Parks, linked by the River Segre.
This challenging route is designed for experienced cyclists wishing to explore a land of contrasts, ranging from gentle riverside tracks running past crop and pasture fields to peaks over 2000m in privileged surroundings of forests and high-mountain meadows.
The agricultural produce in the area is outstanding, with cheeses taking pride of place. Our route takes its name from the “trinxat” mixed vegetable dish served with a hefty piece of bacon.
