Puigcerdà Horse Fair is one of the most important in Europe. Over the weekend, more than 1000 head of the native Pyrenean breed are displayed, with the best specimens presented at the morphology competition, the main event of the fair.

The fair also has many stalls selling produce from different sectors of the local economy.
