Vol en globus a la Garrotxa

Live the experience of flying in a hot air balloon in the Volcanic Zone of La Garrotxa Natural Park, one of the most interesting areas of dormant volcanoes in Europe.

Flying in a balloon is a different way of travelling, it is floating in the air, calmly and silently. Feel the sensation of absolute freedom, serenity and an adventurous spirit. Ideal for nature lovers and for people looking for new sensations, such as contemplating the landscape from a bird’s eye view with a 360o panorama.

The activity starts early in the morning, at the time when the atmosphere is colder and more stable and the wind is at its calmest. You can have a coffee and eat some pastries before flying in the balloon, while you observe, take pictures or help us in the preparation of the balloon.

The wind sets the course for our balloon flight, which lasts approximately 1h to 1h 30 minutes.

During the trip we toast with rosé cava, which symbolises the colour of the volcanic earth and we taste the suet pastry. Once we’ve landed, we’ll go together for a good farmer’s breakfast with bread and tomato and cold meats, beans from Santa Pau with sausage, desserts from the Fageda Cooperative, wine, ratafia and coffee.

All our baskets have a door, so they are accessible to all kinds of people.

To end the adventure, we give you a flight certificate signed by the pilot.
