The trail enters Catalonia at La Farga de Moles. At La Seu d'Urgell, it turns away from the River Segre, goes over Coll de Bancs and past the River Cardener Springs until reaching Sant Llorenç de Morunys. It continues via Solsona and the sanctuaries of Pinós and El Miracle until reaching Bellprat, and from there to Mont-ral, Arbolí, La Mola de Colldejou, and Llaberia Mountains until it meets the River Ebro at Benifallet.

The trail climbs up to Paüls, crosses Els Ports del Beseït, and ends in Fredes (Valencia).
